Here's the deal around Galentine's. And if you're not celebrating yet - you need to be. Are you a Parks and Recreation Fan? The fictional character in the show Leslie Knope, played by Amy Poehler, invented the holiday we didn't know we needed: Galentine's. The day before Valentine's is a celebration of "ladies celebrating ladies" as Leslie puts it.
I wanted to share some of my favourite finds and how I like to celebrate Galentine's with my besties. Girls night, drinks, chocolate, and whatever is on the Netflix cue that we can endlessly mock.
I'm hoping to try making the Million Dollar Mountain Cocktail Recipe from Mountain Pass Whiskey. That raspberry syrup has me calling it a Galentine's Special 😉
