So my true crime addiction and only murders in the building binges have me in the mood for Halloween porch decor.
One of my favourite things to do is to decorate for Halloween and host on actual halloween! We love the dressing up, having friends over, and meeting our neighbours. It’s literally the best night of the year to do that!
I replaced the wreaths on our front door to something seasonal and swap out my planters with florals and greenery that will adapt to the change in weather. This year, we wanted to do a creepy halloween and giant spiders had to be all over my house. I was inspired to whip up cobwebs and mice on the laser.
So, today I thought I would share a round-up of our Halloween porch makeover and the favourite pieces we scooped up to decorate with. Who's with me?!
The final look of the house was everything! The furry spiders plus the fall colours of pumpkins and sunflowers made it all. Keep scrolling to see some close ups of the details.
So we gathered up the supplies. Just a quick trip to Canadian Tire, Michaels and the dollar store for spiders and webs. You'll want some hanging nails and a hammer too.
We scooped up the pumpkins from my garden, and started arranging cozy blankets, and some of our favourite fall products to go with. You'll also want glue dots on hand!
The easiest and most fun treat for hosting on Halloween! I’m last minute and lazy when it comes to Halloween so when this came in the mail from my mom today it saved my bacon! Do you love candy corn or are you wrong?
